Course description:
A two day interactive programme designed to give line managers/supervisors a greater insight into themselves and others, to enable them to be more competent leaders and feel more confident in the day to day management and supervision of staff.

- A range of tools which can be applied when managing & leading staff.
Key themes:
The programme has two main areas of focus:
- The internal focus is designed to help you to understand yourself and your motivations better. How you manage stress and change in yourself and how you think about yourself.
- The external focus is around how you can better manage in difficult and stressful situations to engage with and take staff with you. Engage with and take staff with you. Help you to consider change and the processes of change and consider and think about strategies to overcome resistance.
