Course description:

The Positive Patient Experience Programme (PPEP) has been developed to enhance our patients’ personal experience of coming to and being treated at The Christie. Using feedback from patients here at the Trust the Patient Experience Committee has worked with the School of Oncology to develop this bespoke programme to help our staff develop their customer service skills. This new 2 hour seminar will initially be targeted at those staff who do not have the opportunity to consider patient experience and customer care as part of normal training for their role. These staff play an important part in the delivery of our services and often the first people whom our patients encounter. It is only right that we target our initial patient experience programme at this vital group of individuals, to ensure patients coming into our care have the very best of experiences from the outset and throughout their cancer treatment journey.

Targeted Audience:

Christie Staff Only.
