Course description:

The course has two major components: didactic lectures by experts in their own subspecialty, which consist on selected topics that pose difficulties in interpretation or application when confronted with that particular pathology. The second component is designed more as a practical approach, for which all participants will get a set of glass slides corresponding to 14 cases with their respective clinical histories. These cases will be discussed towards the end of each day. Needless to say the cases are challenging.

Educational Objectives:

After attending the conference, participants should be able to demonstrate improved knowledge and skills in diagnostically difficult cases; discuss newer and controversial issues in surgical pathology; and assess the role of intra-operative diagnosis in frozen sections.

Target Audience:

This program should be of interest to pathologists, pathology residents and fellows, oncologists, and clinicians in general.

Credit Designation:

12 CPD points have been approved by the Royal College of Pathologists.



Course fee:

The registration fee for the 2-day course is £320. However, if you rather register only for one day, the fee is £160. Early registration is recommended, as there is a limit in the number of people that participate in this course. If you register before April 16th, the fee for the course is £120 for one day or £240 for the entire course. The following forms of payment are accepted:
