Course Description:
This two day programme will focus on personal and professional development using
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step 1 to further understand how each participant
functions best within a team and to appreciate other working styles.
The second part of the programme looks at various types of communication used in
the workplace, the barriers to effective communication and identifying solutions
relevant to the environment in which the participants are working.
The final session will focus on planning and prioritising workloads and schedules,
identifying "time stealers", managing the expectations of others and identifying
solutions to managing time more effectively.
Prior to attending the programme, participants must complete the MBTI online questionnaire
and pre-course work in relation to 'managing your time’. Participants will be fully
supported by the Facilitator in identifying their MBTI 'best fit' type through a

a team.
