The Vascular Scrub Nurse Course: Step by Step in Vascular Surgery aims to provide the skills and knowledge required for scrub nurses to learn the basic principles of vascular and endovascular surgery. This will include the instruments used in vascular surgery, the important role of the vascular scrub nurse and hands-on practice in a simulated theatre of the three most relevant procedures in vascular surgery on hand models. This will be explained step-by-step under the expert guidance of consultant surgeons and vascular scrub nurses.
