About
The National Undergraduate Medical Research Conference 'Resilience and Reinvention' is open to all undergraduate students in any of the Medical Schools in Scotland.
Within the scope of 'Reinvention', the aim is to highlight the growing importance of cross-disciplinary collaboration, technology touching lives, and inclusivity, all of which align with the goals of the Advanced Research Centre (ARC), University of Glasgow.
Guest speakers, who are experts in their fields, will provide lectures on the latest developments in research and their own journeys in medical research, providing invaluable insights for delegates into the field of medical academia.
The workshops are designed to develop delegates' academic skills in areas such as designing audits or completing academic reviews and help them to consider how to apply these skills. Other workshops will include demonstrations of the latest medical technologies and how to improve inclusivity of underrepresented groups in medical research.
