Keele Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society is pleased to invite enthusiastic
undergraduate medical students to its first national conference, KOGS
National Student Conference 2020.
This conference will provide students with the opportunity to present their
research or audit work, and to engage in current topical issues in the field
with leading gynaecologists and obstetricians.
The day will involve poster presentations, talks on current hot topics, and
themed workshops. There will also be the opportunity to practice suturing
skills and to try out laparoscopic and hysteroscopic simulations. Students
will also have the opportunity to network with specialists to find out what
a career in Obstetrics and Gynaecology entails and ways to start building a
portfolio towards a career in the field.
Abstract submissions relating to any Obstetrics or Gynaecology topic are welcome. Submissions must be no longer than 250 words and may consist of an audit or original research. Submissions must be made by a current undergraduate medical student from the United Kingdom.
