About

This talk will discuss respiratory failure and bronchiectasis. An understanding of how these conditions may present and how they should be managed initially is important for any junior doctor, along with an insight into when to escalate the matter to a senior. This talk, therefore, aims to build the confidence of Senior Medical Students and Foundation Year 1 Doctors in these topics.

Suitable for:

  • Medical Students (clinical years)
  • Foundation Year 1 Doctors

Speaker:

Dr Dawn Lau
Consultant in Respiratory Medicine
University Hospital Llandough, Cardiff
